Where
are we?
Fleet Medical Centre is situated in a small town with surrounding
countryside. We are currently a practice of seven partners with the trainer
being Helen McGinty. We have health visitors, community nurses, midwives,
counsellors and psychologists working in the building and a team of
practice nurses running a number of clinics. We are next door to Fleet community
hospital with X-ray, physio and outpatient facilities as well as rehabilitation
in-patients and GP beds.
The GP registrar has their own consulting room with a PC and full internet
access. Out-of-hours work is covered by the Frimley Primary Care Services at
Frimley Park Hospital and the GP registrar can attend their out-of-hours
training sessions with the trainer or another partner from Fleet medical centre.
