Trainer: Dr Sharon Kefford Practice Phone Number: 01252 712572 Ibrahim and partners are one of three GP practices in newly built premises at Farnham Hospital and Centre for Health. We are one of the first locality care centres opened in November 2003. Our site includes 3 GP practices, a rehab ward, GP ward, pharmacy, physiotherapy, x-ray dept, outpatient clinics from Frimley Park Hospital, social services, podiatry, mental health team, renal dialysis unit and PCT training suit. Our practice has 4 female partners we are supported by nursing staff, district nurses and health visitors. We are a new training practice Sharon Kefford is the trainer and will be supported by the other three partners Agnes Ibrahim, Jane Dempster and Toni Taylor. We are fully computerised using EMIS and front desk soft ware. The registrar will have their own room, library and full internet access. We are also linked to the Frimley intraweb.
