Learning about the PHCT

Robin's document, "The Paderborn PHCT Training Package" gives a selection of focused feedback forms for the Registrar to use during the "Introductory Phase". This helps gives direction when sitting-in with other members of the PHCT and gives the Registrar an outline of what they should gain from that contact.
